Rates subject to change without notice. Rates include weekly
housekeeping, all basic supplies, linens, house wares, free local phone, ans. machine, cable
TV and VCR. There is a $20 per night
holiday premium during Christmas and New Years weeks. Monthly
rates based on 4 consecutive weeks including electric up to $100.
POLICIES: A 50%
Deposit is required to confirm a reservation with the balance due on or
before check-in. Deposit is fully refundable with a 30 day written
notice (45 days in peak season). No credit for late arrivals or
early departures. A 5% fee applies for credit card cancellations.
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is by 10:30am. We offer an early
bird booking discount of 5% in Peak and High seasons for
reservations confirmed with full deposits made 6 months or more in advance.
Check-In Time is at 3pm and Check-Out Time is by 10:30am.
